WIFI:

Android:

To connect to the Hula Co-workers network on your Android:

Download this file on your phone: HulaWiFiCA.crt
You may be able to simply click the file to import it. If this doesn't work:
1. Go to settings and search for certificate.
2. This should take you to wifi where you should then go to advanced and install network certificates.
3. Import the file here and name it HulaWifi or another name you will remember.
Once the file is imported, go to the standard wifi config and connect to Hula Co-workers
Select the newly imported certificate from the drop down menu
In the domain field, enter wifi.hulalakeside.com
Fill in your email as the username and your 5 digit pin-code as the password. If you can't remember your pin-code, go to this link and click password in the side bar on the left-hand side.

Windows:

To connect to the Hula Co-workers network on your Windows Device:

Download this file on your computer: HulaWiFiCA.crt
Double click on the certificate and choose open
Click Install Certificate
If more than one user will be using the same machine to connect to the wifi, then choose local machine, otherwise choose Current User
In the next menu, choose the option Place all certificates in the following store
1. Then choose the Browse... button
2. Select the folder Trusted Root Certificate Authorities and click okay
3. You should automatically return to the last menu where Trusted Root Certificate Authorities is in the text box
4. Click Next
Click Finish on the next menu. A pop up will say the import was successful
Download and run this WIFI setup: setup-hula-coworkers.cmd
1. The script will run in the background but may not pop up on your screen.
Connect to Hula Co-Workers and authenticate using your Nexudus email and 5 digit pin code

Macbook:

To connect to the Hula Co-workers network on your MacBook:

Connect to the Hula Guest network or use a hot spot.
Download this file on your computer: Hula_Co-workers_-_WPA2-Enterprise (3).mobileconfig
Open the downloaded file
Open System Preference
Select “Privacy & Security”
Scroll to the bottom to choose “Profiles”
Select the profile and click “Install”
Follow the prompts, and when prompted, enter your computer password to finalize the installation
Enter your username (full email address) and your password (5 digit pin that can be found in your “Welcome to Hula” email or your Nexudus account on my account, then password) when prompted to log into the network
You may have to go to your Network Settings and log into Hula Coworkers again
Once you are logged into Coworkers, please forget the Hula Guest network from your device

iPhone:

To connect to the Hula Co-workers network on your iPhone:

Download this file on your iPhone: Hula_Co-workers_-_WPA2-Enterprise (3).mobileconfig
Go into your Settings and select "Profile Downloaded" located under your name
Enter your phone passcode
Click "Install"
Once the certificate is installed, go to "Wi-Fi" Under Settings and select Hula Co-workers
Enter your username (email) and password (the 5-digit pin code that can be found here)

Chromebook:

1. Download the HulaWiFiCA.crt
2. Install the CA certificate authority
  2a. Open Chrome
  2b. In the address bar, enter chrome://settings/certificates
  2c. Select the Authorities tab
  2d. Select Import and select the HulaWiFiCA.crt
  2e. In the box that appears, leave all unchcked
3. Open Settings -> Network -> Add Network -> Add WiFi
4. Configure WiFi settings:
  4a. SSID: Hula Co-Workers
  4b. Security: EAP
  4c. EAP method: PEAP
  4d. EAP Phase 2 authentication: MSCHAPv2
  4e. Server CA certificate: Hula Likeside WiFi Certificate Authority
  4f. Subject match: leave blank
  4g. Subject alternative name match: leave blank
  4h. Domain suffix match: wifi.hulalakeside.com
  4i. Identity: email for the user
  4j. Password: 5 digit PIN
  4k. Anonymous Itentity: email for the user
5. Click Connect

PRINTING:

To get started you’ll have to download Paper Cut. For those with PCs, visit this link. Everyone with Macs should go here.

Click “Download”

2. Open up the download and click through the installer.

3. Agree to continue installing the software and enter computer password if necessary. A log in page like the image below should pop up.

4. Sign in (your username is your email but the “@“ is replaced by a “.” ) For example, the email aloha@hulalakeside.com becomes aloha.hulalakeside.com. Your password is the pincode you received in the welcome email. If you can’t find the email, you can also find it on the Hula App or at https://hula.spaces.nexudus.com/en under “My Account” and then “Passwords”.

5. To print locate the printer entitled Hula_PaperCut_FindMe

6. Go to any printers in the building (B50 has one in the mailroom and one in the East end of the building) and log in with your username and password. Log in by selecting ID Number on the printer and entering your 5 digit code. Printing will NOT work if you are not connected to the Hula Tenants or Hula Co-workers wifi.
