To connect to the Hula Co-Workers network you need to download a certificate on your device. Choose the appropriate one below, and please follow the instructions closely. Once you’ve successfully installed the certificate you’ll need to log in. The username will be your email address and your password can be found in the “Welcome to Hula” email, or here in Nexudus under Settings > Security > “Check-in, Print Release and Internet Access PIN”.

Windows

Download this file on your computer: HulaWiFiCA.crt
Double click on the certificate and choose open
Click Install Certificate
If more than one user will be using the same machine to connect to the wifi, then choose local machine, otherwise choose Current User
In the next menu, choose the option Place all certificates in the following store
1. Then choose the Browse... button
2. Select the folder Trusted Root Certificate Authorities and click okay
3. You should automatically return to the last menu where Trusted Root Certificate Authorities is in the text box
4. Click Next
Click Finish on the next menu. A pop up will say the import was successful.
Download and run this WIFI setup: setup-hula-coworkers.cmd
1. The script will run in the background but may not pop up on your screen.
Connect to Hula Co-Workers and authenticate using your email as the username and your 5 digit pin-code as the password.

Macbook

Download this file on your computer: Hula_Co-workers_-_WPA2-Enterprise (3).mobileconfig
Open the downloaded file
Open System Preference
Select “Privacy & Security”
Scroll to the bottom to choose “Profiles”
Select the profile and click “Install”
Follow the prompts, and when prompted, enter your computer password to finalize the installation
When prompted to log into the network:
1. Username: your email address
2. Password: your 5 digit pin-code
You may have to go to your Network Settings and log into Hula Co-workers again
Once you’ve successfully logged into the Hula Co-Workers network, please forget the Hula Guest network from your device.

Android

Download this file on your phone: HulaWiFiCA.crt
Go to Settings and search for “certificates”
Under Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Preferences you should find Install Certificates
Click* on the downloaded file to install and name it “HulaWifi”.
Once the file is installed, go back to Network & Internet and connect to Hula Co-workers.
1. EAP method: PEAP
2. Phase 2 authentication: MSCHAPV2
CA certificate: select the newly imported certificate, HulaWifi, from the drop down menu.
1. Minimum TLS version: TLS v1.0
2. Online Certificate Status: Do not verify
Domain field, enter: wifi.hulalakeside.com
Identity, enter: your email address.
Anonymous Identity: leave blank or anonymous.
Under Password, enter: your 5-digit pin.

*If you cannot click on the file and proceed with the installation, you need to move it from the Downloads folder to another folder on your phone. Go to files > Downloads > 3 Dots > Move To > Internal storage. Once you’ve successfully moved it, go back to step 2.

iPhone

Download this file on your iPhone: Hula_Co-workers_-_WPA2-Enterprise (3).mobileconfig
Go to Settings and then Wi-Fi.
Connect to Hula Co-Workersand enter your information:
1. Username: your email address
2. Password: your 5 digit pin-code
Click Join.
A pop-up window will appear requesting you to approve of the certificate. Click Trust.

Chromebook

Download this file: HulaWiFiCA.crt
Install the CA certificate authority
1. Open Chrome
2. In the address bar, enter chrome://settings/certificates
3. Select the Authorities tab
4. Select Import and select the HulaWiFiCA.crt
5. In the box that appears, leave all unchecked
Open Settings > Network > Add Network > Add WiFi
Configure WiFi settings:
1. SSID: Hula Co-Workers
2. Security: EAP
3. EAP method: PEAP
4. EAP Phase 2 authentication: MSCHAPv2
5. Server CA certificate: Hula Lakeside WiFi Certificate Authority
6. Subject match: leave blank
7. Subject alternative name match: leave blank
8. Domain suffix match: wifi.hulalakeside.com
9. Identity: email for the user
10. Password: 5 digit PIN
11. Anonymous Identity: email for the user
Click Connect
